CPScreen
The CPScreen automatically separates small fibers from containers, and 2D from 3D material, easily and efficiently. Small screen openings decrease loss of fiber to container line, recovering even the smallest pieces of fiber. CP’s long-lasting rubber cam-style discs are specially engineered to have consistent spacing at all points at all times to make discs highly resistant to both jamming and wrapping. Cam discs also have low amplitude that avoids aggressive separation to keep fiber clean of small containers and other contaminates. CP’s screens ensure that material is sized properly for the most efficient sort possible.

NEWScreen
The CP NEWScreen is engineered to effectively separate larger fiber from mixed paper, containers, dirt and debris. Our patented long-lasting finger disc technology ensures efficient separation and higher throughput paired with the lowest maintenance in the industry.

OCCScreen

Glass Breaker Screen
CP’s Glass Breaker Screen provides an industry-proven best way to simplify glass processing. Durable cast chromium elliptical discs provide maximum glass breakage while decreasing jams and downtime. Scalping Screen
CP’s Scalping Screen is positioned at the front of the sort line and separates small fiber, glass, containers and fines from large pieces of fiber. The CP Scalping Screen increases efficiency of the glass breaker by preventing “blinding”, while eliminating small containers from entering the CP NEWScreen. The Scalping Screen contributes to keeping both the fiber and container line much cleaner while increasing system capacity and lowering system maintenance. It also lowers labor costs, reducing the amount of sorters on the fiber line.

Accelerator Screen
The CP Accelerator Screen is designed to remove the balance of any fine particles that may be included in the stream after separation by the CP Screen. These fine particles typically include small broken glass, dirt, and any other undesirable debris. The Accelerator Screen is also used to spread and accelerate the materials prior to presenting it to an optical sorter.
